Albert A. Cicchetti received his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University, and earned his law degree at Pace University School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Pace Law Review. Mr. Cicchetti’s practice emphasizes estate planning, probate matters and business law.
He lectures extensively on probate and estate planning topics and has co-authored “Basic Probate in Vermont,” “Vermont Elder Law: The Basics and Beyond,” and “A Practical Guide to Estate Administration.” He is a member of the New York State and Vermont Bar Associations.
Mr. Cicchetti is a past Chairman of the Burlington Development Review Board and is a past member of the Burlington Zoning Commission and the Burlington Task Force on Taxation. He has also served as Chairman of the Vermont Discover Jazz Festival and as Treasurer of the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.
